Privacy

Who: Monocad is run by its founder, an individual based in Budapest, Hungary (the data controller). Contact: CONTACT_EMAIL (set before launch; npm run check fails until it is).

What we collect: your email address, the optional survey answers you give (trade, country, team size, tools, a free-text answer, a price range), and the campaign tags of the link you arrived by (trade, utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content).

Why: to run the Monocad waitlist, send you product updates, and understand which trades need Monocad most.

Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by the checkbox on the form (we record the time). You can withdraw it at any time by email, and every update we send carries an unsubscribe link.

Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, the waitlist database and cookieless, aggregate visitor analytics), and Stripe only if you choose to make a refundable reservation.

Transfers outside the EU: Cloudflare and Stripe are US companies; transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and the processors' standard contractual clauses.

Retention: until you unsubscribe, or at most 24 months after your last interaction. Every quarter we delete older entries from the waitlist database, and our working exports are deleted after each weekly report.

Your rights: access, correction, erasure, portability and withdrawal of consent — email us and we act within 30 days. You may also complain to the Hungarian authority (NAIH).

Cookies: this site sets none.
